PL140

This model is actually the smallest type of rotary atomizer produced by Kian Afzar Company. Its nominal capacity is from 5 to 50 liters per hour with a solids content of 20 to 45 percent. A wide range of materials can be sprayed with this device. Therefore, it is especially useful for laboratory materials. In some cases, it is also used to prepare expensive powders with low fineness. Therefore, this atomizer model is used for laboratory purposes and semi-industrial production and the production of expensive materials. One of its applications that has been used so far has been to prepare egg powder.

This model of atomizer is a semi-industrial type and is used for a capacity of 50 to 170 liters per hour with a solids percentage of 20 to 50 percent. This model of atomizer is also used for very special materials due to its high rotational speed (16000-18000RPM). One of the most widely used is for preparing licorice extract powder. This model can also be used for a wide range of materials. It is very suitable for expensive minerals (such as alumina) and egg powder. The important feature of this model is its high speed.

KF35

In the past, when the spray dryer industry in Iran was used for dairy products, including milk and whey, this atomizer model was widely used and was one of the best-selling models. This model is also in the high-speed atomizer category. Its main application is for dairy products, but in some cases it is used to produce licorice powder with higher capacity and minerals. The nominal capacity of this device is 200 to 500 liters per hour. By making changes to the motor and disc, it can also be used for higher capacities.

KH35

Another type of model is the KF35, whose height and geometric shape have been changed. The reason for this change is the type of air distributor design that has been done by some manufacturing companies. This model is designed for a capacity of 500 to 800 liters per hour.

KH62

The capacity of this atomizer, which is known by this name, is 2000 liters per hour, which is known as a 2-ton atomizer. It is the second generation of spray dryers available in the country, which became very popular after the KF35 model in 1999. This atomizer model is by far the best-selling product of this company and is used for a wide range of powders upon user request. However, it is most widely used in dairy products.

KF75

After the spray dryer industry, especially in dairy products, moved towards higher capacities, this atomizer model was unveiled and launched by this company. In addition to the dairy industry, it is also used for the starch industry. The nominal capacity of this model is up to 4000 liters per hour.

KF100

This model is designed to achieve higher capacities of up to 6000 liters per hour and even higher. However, because the dimensions of the Espray dryer are very large, only a limited number of industries have turned to this model so far.​​​​​​​

KFS

This model is actually a custom atomizer model that is designed and produced for cases where the geometry and dimensions of the atomizer do not match the company's routine models. Capacity is also a customer-requested and customized item.

KNZ

In this model, there is no more rotation and spraying is done by the nozzle and by the pressure of high-pressure pumps that are passed into special nozzles. This type of atomizer can be replaced with rotary atomizers in different models and for different materials. In some cases, both a rotary atomizer and a nozzle atomizer are used, with the nozzle atomizer replacing the nozzle atomizer. In general, due to the high cost of the high-pressure pump, the operating cost of this atomizer model is much higher than the rotary atomizer.
